A Color Diagram to Help You Customize Your Quiz Player Colors Posted Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 11:10 PM

I really like how Quizmaker '09 gives us so much flexibility to customize the quiz player. The color scheme editor makes it easy to switch colors on my player, but sometimes there's a specific item that I want to change, and I can't remember which color parameter controls it. Rather than rely on trial-and-error in the color scheme editor to see what parameter affects what, I made the following quick-reference diagram. This way, I can quickly see the customizable items on my quiz player, and the parameters that affect them. I made the colors in the sample super-high-contrast so that each item would be easy to distinguish. (I know, it's really ugly, but rest assured — I'd never build a quiz that really looks like this!)

I thought you might like to have the PDF too. You can click the picture below to view it or print it, and you can also find it in the downloads area.

Serendipitously came across this, and the one for Engage, while looking for some other information. A wonderful tool that I was wishing was available...and here it is. So much great info, Jeanette. TX as always

This is great, but how do I change the background color behind the question  and question options text?
