Everything in articulate work fine until we won't close it. The problem appears in the moment when we re-open the presentation. All the engage, quiz, animations and adnotations files has to be added again (the weren't saved) just like we would change the adress of the source, but the adress is the same all the time.
Sorry for the trouble. Would you mind opening a case so we can get a better idea of the issue you're experiencing? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
