So, you'll want to make sure that you have more than one attempt allowed for the quiz in order for the retry option to appear. If you have already seen this information, or if you make the changes and still don't see the option, please let me know.
Is this attempt option missing in Quizmaker 360? In my quiz questions (no result slide), the Retry Quiz button is not appearing in the quiz feedback popup, even though I increase the number of attempts to 2 or unlimited.
I'm happy to help! Since you've added two or more attempts, you should see the Try Again Feedback Layer. This allows the learner to retry the question. If you'd like the learner to retry the entire quiz, then you'll need a Results Slide with a Retry button.

Facing the same issue. Added the retry to the results, but it is not showing when I preview or publish the quiz.
