Course Developer/ID Wanted: Permanent Role

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, on-site Course Developer position here in lovely New England.

You would be part of a fast-paced, dynamic, family-owned global company with a 115 year history and 30k+ employees worldwide.

The role is centered around e-learning course development, deployment, and tracking/reporting using standard authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, SmartBuilder, et al. But as with many of us in the training world, there is a jack-of-all-trades element to the role as well. You may be called upon to learn how to film and edit video learning models in our new studio, or help strategize and build learning paths inside our new LMS, or work with business leaders to develop a learning session for our new employee engagement workshops.

NOTE: You would be a key member of the corporate Org Dev team, and as such this is an on-site only position so you can remain connected to the various business units that we support.
