I just wanted to pop in with an update. This thread was on our list for follow-up when Update 4 was released, and you can find all the details and download it here.
I find colored box on the text after publishing. And there is no extra text box on the slide, and i have tried the solution you mentioned earlier for other person who was facing it even that din't work for me. Can you please help me out to solve this
As mentioned above, we show that the issue was corrected in Update 4 and we are now on Update 8. Please be sure that you are utilizing the latest update and if you are still having difficulty, please reach out to our support engineers privately here.
