Hi Anders! For anyone else having an issue with their ribbon and crashing in general, I would try to repair your installation to see if that alleviates the issue.

I don't think so Leslie. We've installed it properly and rebooted.
I'm thinking it's conflicting with iSpring add-in? (It should'nt be if there's no problem with Articulate updated version)
And another thing is that Articulate 13 not yet fully support MS Office 13?
Please advise because we've just upgraded to MS Office 13 and again we are cornered.
We really need to fix this.

I apologize, but I am not familiar with the iSpring add-in that you are referring to. Have you tried to disable it to see if things work properly?
Office 2013 is compatible with Studio '13 as you can see in our system requirements here.

Hi Katie! Are you utilizing the same add-in that Erwin mentioned above as well?
We had a similar issue. To resolve it I had to repair PowerPoint and then repair Articulate.
