I am using Articulate Studio 9, PowerPoint 2010 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. When I try to import audio files (mp3 or wav) into a PPTX presentation, the progress bar freezes and I have to press CTRL+ALT+Delete. It is happening with most (90%) of my presentations.
Any ideas of what I should check, do would be much appreciated!
If Articulate Presenter freezes or locks up when attempting to import audio, it may indicate that the Articulate project.log file needs to be regenerated, or it may mean that a third-party media application (such as Corel WinDVD) is causing a conflict with PowerPoint and Articulate Presenter. Take a look at these two troubleshooters, and let me know if you are able to resolve the issue:
Well this solved my solution. I've been working for 4 days trying to get a copy of Studio 09 to work on my brand new Lenovo pc and deleating Corel WinDVD did it. I knew it had to be some program as it worked on my old pc.
