I would like to get in contact with voice-over talents who are native speakers of French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian. Male voices are preferred (we are in the construction machinery business).
We have recently finished a training course with English spoken voice-over, and are investigating the cost of translation (we use an agency for this) + voice-over for above mentioned languages. You submit a paragraph, choose who you want to read ( a half dozen, say) they read it and post the reading so you can tell if that's the voice you want. Five years ago the rates were as low as 15 cents word, but I imagine that they're a bit higher now... Not sure if it covers all the nationalities you want...

www.mktmania.com does both translation and voice overs in 38 different languages and they are fast!
