I'm sure I'm missing the obvious....but how do I change the order along with the automatically applied numbering system of the scenes after they have been built?
You don't have to view the scenes in any particular order. You can set the next button to jump to a particular slide. I typically use scenes when I am creating branching scenarios. If I am creating a linear-path course then I wouldn't even bother with scenes.

Hi Don,
Once a scene has been created, it's number is fixed. But there is a work around.
You should be able to get the scene numbering you want this way.
Thank you Meryem....
That's a brilliant work around that really should not be necessary.
...and a lovely creative way to spell a great vintage name...:)

Just to be sure....
I cannot change the scene order... got it...the work around works...
But can scenes only be added at the very end?
If I am 30 scenes deep and I need to add one near the beginning....I'll need to drag and drop 25+ scenes one at a time....is that correct?
Don
Just duplicate the scene above where you want a new one adding will number from that point, e.g. duplicate scene 3, new scene will be scene 4

Thank you, sirs...
I seemed to have mixed up my scenes.
The slides that are within their respective scenes in story view are now not what is shown in preview.
Could this be the result of moving slides (drag and drop) when adding scenes and/or changing their order?
FYI...Under Player Properties/Menu/Reset from Story
All the mixing and matching I did in Story View now lines up properly with the preview...
