Get Correct Feedback on single answer in the pick many

We are working on a kids Letter game.

Using the pick many for the Question: Witch image starts with the letter A,

There are several of right answers and wrong ones,

in the Pick Many, the user will get a Positive Feedback only when Selecting all of the right answers together.

i need to give a positive feedback every time the user clicks on a right answer on the screen, and let him continue looking for the others.
