Multiple response question types only allow for you to score by question, not answer. We have had a few users request the ability to include partial grading of questions that could be reported to an LMS and you may also want to share your thoughts on that by sending in a feature request here.
I'm not sure if Maddy is still subscribed to this thread, so you may want to reach out to her directly by using the "contact me" button on her profile to see if she's able to share specifics with you.

Nick, this can't work if there is two correct answer in one question and require different marks.

I'm not sure of how Maddy was able to work around this, but looks like Nick's suggestion was able to assist.
You are welcome to reach out to Maddy directly if needed as this thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure that the user is still subscribed here.
There is not a built in way to do what you are asking.
