Menu indentation issues

Hi,
I am having trouble with items indenting in my menu. See image below. After the slide Systems approach and Systems Thinking the Defining Characteristic and all the ones that follow should be right underneath and not indented. I have tried using the left arrow in the menu player properties but then it moves it down to the bottom of the list for that scene. If I move it back to where it is suppose to be it indents again.
Can anyone help with this? I am sure it is something small that I am missing but have been wracking my brain for a couple days over this.

Hello Carrie,
You can set the indent in the menu by customizing the Player menu. Here is a tutorial to see how to do this.
The below blue left and right arrows are used for indentation.
Please let us know if this helps, and feel free to add your file to the thread if you would like us to take a look at it. You can use the paperclip icon to add the file.
Already tried that. I also reset the menu and still having issues. I have opened a case and they are helping me work on it.
