  I got my start in eLearning when someone handed me a copy of Adobe Captivate and told me to "capture some screens and teach some people." I knew a lot about facilitation, a little about instructional design so I brought the two together to create my first software course. Now I manage the eLearning development and deployment needs for a prominent utility company. My tools of choice? Articulate Storyline (of course!) and Adobe Captivate 5.
