  Tracy Parish is an education technology specialist working out of the Organizational Development department of a regional health centre. Tracy has worked in the department for 12 years and a diverse educational background of computer programming, adult educational training, and eLearning design & development has led her to her pursue her career in instructional design. After implementing the hospital’s LMS, she now designs and develops courses to populate the system with a course catalog. The near future will see increased collaboration with hospital educators and other SME’s that will expand the collection of material.
