Articulate Presenter lets you highlight important content with a range of annotations, including arrows, checkmarks, crosses, rectangles, and spotlights. You can even customize each annotation's size, color, and animation style. The best part is they'll be synchronized with your narration.

Annotations aren't PowerPoint objects, so they won't appear on your PowerPoint slides. They'll only appear when you preview or publish your Presenter course.

There are three ways to add annotations. Each method is slightly different, depending on whether your slides already have audio or not. See the following tutorials for details.

Adding Annotations When Slides Already Have Audio
Adding Annotations and Recording Narration at the Same Time
Adding Annotations to Slides Without Audio
Deleting Annotations
