This spinning wheel template was made entirely in Storyline 360 using dials and variables. For a behind-the-scenes look at how to build a spinning wheel, check out this discussion.
This template will work for folks using Storyline 360, the continuously updated version of Storyline included in Articulate 360. Want to try it out? Get a free trial of Articulate 360 right here.
This is awesome! I downloaded the file but for some reason the wheel is not spinning when I preview the slide. Also, I would like to use a version of this but have a process illustration circling when the timeline starts. Any ideas would be so appreciated, thank you!
This is fantastic! Can anyone explain how the author determined the result number ranges? I'm using a different audio and not hitting the same number of rotations as the example. This means that my results are not falling within the numeric ranges that the author used. I have a 5.1 second audio. Through trial and error I found that Result 1 hit somewhere around 5555 and 7777.
If there is a way to not repeat numbers it would be a great way to summarise a lesson in a new way! Any ideas how to make it so a number is only ever chosen once?
It currently uses a random variable, which doesn't keep track of previous results. Without using JavaScript, it would be tricky to track which slides have already been visited (though I am intrigued).
Alternatively, it would be very easy to control the order that they appear by replacing the random variable with a regular variable, that starts at 1 and adds 1 for every interaction, working its way up to five.
By popular demand - here's the version where each segment is hit only once:

Any suggestions on how to edit the template to have 1-12, instead of 1-6 twice? I tried just taking that image, and editing it to change the numbers, and then the spinner didn't work.
Thanks in advance.
I convert it into arabic emotion game https://360.articulate.com/review/content/3004161e-2e30-496f-bbe5-5220dc446cfe/review
