Building a Progress Meter for Your Quiz

Not too long ago, an e-learning developer asked me how to create a progress meter in Quizmaker. So I played around with the idea of using a series of icons (light bulbs, in my case) to show learners how far they've gotten in the quiz:

Each time the learner answers a question, another light bulb turns on. It's pretty easy to create something like this, and a lot of learners really like seeing their progress build as they move through the content. You could also do something similar with your course slides in PowerPoint.
