What’s this event about and why might I want to attend?
If you’re looking for practical solutions and strategies to solve some common L&D challenges, Learning Solutions Conference & Expo has lots to offer. This event focuses specifically on learning and development, making it a strong fit for people who want a deep dive on e-learning, instructional design, L&D strategy, media creation, and other aspects of our field. Sessions at Learning Solutions tend to focus on topics you can use immediately when you return to work, so it’s a great place to find solutions that can make your work easier right away. And the breadth and depth of e-learning talks make it helpful for people who play heavily in the learning technology space.

What’s this event about and why might I want to attend?
If you’re based out of Europe, Learning Technologies should definitely be on your radar. This event is a showcase of the organizational strategies, approaches, and technologies used to support learning at work. It’s the biggest e-learning show in Europe and is conveniently located in London! It’s best known for its huge Expo Hall featuring a wide assortment of learning products and services from a wide range of international vendors. But also keep an eye to the conference side of this event, which includes over 30 additional sessions on topics such as learner engagement, L&D strategies and implementation, and learning technologies. And this year the event is co-located with the HR Technologies conference, giving you a broader selection of information and tools to check out.

Because the Association for Talent Development (ATD) spans beyond learning and development, their yearly conference is well suited for people looking for content that both connects to learning and stretches outside it. And it’s also worth considering if you have responsibilities in the broader talent and HR space. The L&D sessions at this event cover instructional design, learning strategies, training facilitation, and development tools. So it has lots of options for people whose work spans both online and in-person training. If you’re interested in exploring products and services that can support your work, this event also features an extensive Expo Hall to explore.
