I expect this to be a great release that will answer many issues.
I noticed in the graphic is says people are having problems getting training. There are so many places to get training and so many people doing it that I am surprised. There are even many free one hour sessions through Training Magazine.
I always recommend that if you are new to Articulate, just follow the training built into the program. It gives you all the basics and then you have to practice and apply from there. No magic, just hard work.
The best training I have had is through online seminars offered by Training Magazine. https://trainingmag.com/

So I guess this is going to be a subscription based system with graphical and sharing amenities called "Articulate Cloud" or maybe "Storyline Cloud" that focusses on HTML5 canvas animations and effects. It would probably be about $40-50 per month and finally have responsive design options for mobile. I'm reading between your lines Adam. ; )
I remember an article from a year or so ago about this that Articulate published, link below, so I am very excited about this and cannot wait to see what they put out.

Rafael,
From the Articulate document that Melissa Morrison shared:
"We’re deep into development on a web-based authoring tool . . . ."
It sounds to me as though there will not be a Mac version or a Windows version or a . . . . . It may be in the cloud as Tony mentions.
Or I could be wrong and it is a downloaded suite of tools purchased on a subscription like Creative Cloud.
Or I could be wrong on both counts.

Hi Rafael,
I have a Macbook Pro, and I know the feeling. The VM is a nightmare to use.
I'd recommend that you use Bootcamp instead. I found that using Bootcamp instead the VM was 100% better. I did a 50/50 split on my hard drive, and now I can log on my windows and use Storyline without all the lag that the VM gives.
Really hope they bring out a mac version though!
I can certainly feel all of your pain. It would be nice to have it all on
one platform. I'm also hoping for a Mac version someday soon but I must say
that I have had no performance issues running Parallels.
