Most of the time, e-learning developers who add narration to their courses end up recording it right in Presenter or importing slide-specific narration files into their course. Sometimes, though, you might have projects where an SME or a narrator hands you one big narration file that you need to apply across multiple slides in your Presenter project. There's an easy way to handle this. It involves: 

  • Importing the audio file, and then
  • Using the tools in Presenter's timeline audio editor to split the narration across your slides.
