Options on the Preview Window

When the Preview window appears, use the buttons on the Preview toolbar to do any of the following:

  • Close Preview: This closes the Preview window and takes you back to wherever you were prior to previewing.
  • Select: This allows you to preview a different slide.
  • Replay: Click this button to replay the current slide. Or, click the drop-down arrow and replay all the slides that you initially chose to preview.
  • Edit Slide: This closes the Preview window and takes you directly to the slide in your PowerPoint presentation that you were previewing.
