Can we pay for just one or two of our Articulate Seats to have the AI feature? Am I correct that it costs $250/seat?
Hi LindaRiley-dc2b , The cost is per seat. When enabled, AI Assistant is available to all seats in the subscription. There is currently no option to turn it on or off for individual seats.
I suspect this will be a common question. My company has quite a few seats, so it's unlikely that we'll get 100% of our users on board with upgrading to the AI version. Hopefully, Articulate will devise a way to allow clients to divide their accounts into "Standard" and "AI" portions!
Yes, we are coming up against this. We are part of a larger team and we don't all use it the same way with the same frequency. For instance. if we have 20 team members and 16 use it occasionally, and 4 of us use it daily as the main function of our jobs they are not going to approve it for 20 if only 4 need it.
