I agree with Jizell. I have found that SME's especially are a helpful source of this information. As they are the in-house technical experts on a topic, less experienced employees are frequently sent to them to get their questions asked - often interrupting the SMEs from their primary work focus. SMEs are therefore a good source of typical newbie questions and issues. They are usually (in my experience) eager to cooperate in getting a training program established that will relieve them of the bulk of this responsibility.
- Our SME's are the same! They are so happy to pass on the information, especially the questions that they are repeatedly asked, or concepts that people struggle to understand
