Yes I got the same 404 error.
Hello, seems like a great resource! Are others experiencing trouble opening the file? I'm getting a 404 Error that the requested URL was not found on this server.

I hâve Check and it stil shows error 404

- I really like this but one small thing confused me which was the numbers. To find out what they meant I had to read through the comments to find out from Jackie's explanation because I missed the info tab. Maybe this could have been presented to the learner in a different way such as a hotspot that needed to be closed before the clock rolls in at the start.
- I like the ratios, will help in the future :) But why not full HD resolution? This looks more like 400x300 px something..

Jackie—are these numbers solely based on the time to develop a module in authoring software, or does it include other ISD steps like analysis, storyboarding, implementation, and evaluation? - Is this link not working for anyone else?

If you click the "i" icon in the lower right for more information, you'll see all the info Chapman shares about this study, including a link to their page about it.
Regarding the numbers, it says: "Results are shown as ratios, showing number of hours of development to create 1 finished hour of learning (output)."
