I've connected some WebGL stuff to Storyline through JavaScript. Created the toad in ZBrush and Blender with a combination of photogrammetry and re-sculpting. Rigged it up, and painstakingly coded some callbacks to make it move. I put in a hacky preloader--the fuzzy spinning layer to wait until the scene finishes loading in the WebObject. Storyline 360 is absolutely the BEST solution for an LMS communicating frontend for me.
I've been tinkering with this method off and on for a year and I think I've got a pipeline for some mindblowing interactives to come. This was really just a test, but nope I ain't through with Storyline yet, and it is good to be back. ; )
