Who Did it Better? The Artist or AI?

You decide.
I used Rise Microlearning, Chat GPT 4.0 to write prompts for DALL-E.
If you want an alligator in a black leather jacket riding a motorcycle in the desert, use DALL-E. If you want Las Meninas, you need Velazquez.

It's interesting how DALL-E used modern beauty standards in the John Singer Sargent prompt. You specified pale skin in the prompt, and I'd argue the DALL-E version was sun-kissed. Really great example of using one AI tool to generate prompts for another.
- JodiSansone7 months agoCommunity MemberFunny you mention the "pale skin". Madame X was known for using lavender powder to achieve that look...apparently it was the talk of Paris (not in a good way). When I wrote my first prompts I included the famous "pallor" of her skin and her considerable decolletage. DALL-E said that my prompt violated some mysterious content rule. That's when I asked ChatGPT to write my prompts...machines talking to machines. :) Beyond the skin, notice the small waist...Barbie-like. Who's training these machines! LOL!
