Conveniently I've actually been working on a training involving flashcards. This training will teach our mortgage folks about the various products our company offers. It's still in the early design phase so I've only got one flashcard working but I'd love any thoughts.

This is terrific. I liked the concept of giving your learner freedom to click the cards in whatever order they wish.
