I couldn't decide if I wanted to do a scenario, quiz or soundboard, so I combined all three concepts into this little demo on how to respond like a good boss when your direct reports come to you with issues. The interactive sound is on the slide with the bosses responding to Kim's issue. I never get enough practice on this topic.
