So how do you make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?
Here's an example of a performance support video solution - the use of video to break a large process into individual steps - and then make a video available showing how to perform each of those steps. Notice, too, that each video is closed captioned. Simply click the CC button to toggle the captioning on and off.

This is something I presented to the ASTD Atlanta conference last August. In fact, I created a video shot list as a handout. As a bonus freebie, if you click on the Resources tab in this program, you will be able to print a copy of the shot list I developed. - Not a problem, Peter. In my one-hour workshop which I did in Atlanta (and which I'm giving again in Baltimore later this year), I broke the attendees into groups of 4, and had one person serve as SME, one as script writer, one as producer, etc. Each performed their role while actually making a PBJ. Yes - I had peanut butter, bread and jelly in the session so they could actually make one!
