Using screen readers can be very difficult at times.
What if the course has inbuilt audio instructions for persons with visual disabilities?
Created a byte sized learning module, that tells you what you need to do at different stages in the course. (You just need to be familiar with the very basic keyboard keys like Enter, Space bar, top, bottom, left, right arrow keys to navigate throughout the course.)

Ensure that the audio of your device is not on mute and please be patient as you will be hearing instructions about what keys to use, to proceed.
For normal users, there is a circular navigation panel available in the course that allows you to move back and forth and the circle in the center allows you to reload the page you are on.

This is great!
We use TTS for our VO. We get a lot of complaints, but with the volume of TTS we do, it would be cost-prohibitive to use professional voice actors (like millions...). I find it frustrating that people complain, yet we offer both VO and text options... they can just mute it if they don't like it.
