    I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 3.117.36909.0, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:

    • A trigger designed to fire with a user click incorrectly executed when using a screen reader.

     

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hi jpatrickomes​ would you be able to upload a Story file with just one slide, removing any sensitive data, but can demonstrate the issue? This is by far the best way for people to be able to trouble shoot the issue.

Reading the issue I didn't understand what the trigger for showing the Try Again layer was when using a screen reader? Which key are you selecting that triggers the Try Again layer to show? I didn't think it would be possible for keyboard and keyboard + screen reader user to trigger the Try Again as it requires the user to use the mouse pointer outside of the designated target. If you can provide a file that demonstrates this, I should be able to help with troubleshooting the issue.
