My name is Crystal Dunham, and Iām based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. I work at The Co-operators as a Learning Development Specialist, where I create e-learning for insurance professionals. On my team, Learning Experience Designers act as the architects of the design, and they pass it to myself and other developers, who bring the learning to life.
- I've joined this because I want to figure out ways to help designers with prompts and work with them to build efficiencies. It's difficult because they do not have access to the articulate tools, but I am hoping this opens the door to some collaboration.

Hi All! Nick Curtis from Atlanta, GA. I'm an Instructional Designer for Mercedes-Benz USA. We develop a combination of eLearnings, short videos, face-to-face in-dealer and experiential instructor-led trainings supporting our network of dealers on everything from new/upcoming products and improving the customer experience to soft skills and brand enthusiasm. I'm always interested to learn new tricks of the trade - and that's why I signed up for the cohort. My wife and I have two dogs and three cats at home, so we're greatly outnumbered but they keep us on our toes.
