Accessing Engage Java Script Content

I want to link some files - Word and Tooltips - to an Engage slide that are included in the published zip file.

Previously, I could access the Java Script content after using NotePad and change the file link location.  However, when I try to find the Engage content through NotePad++, I can't identify it and therefore the links that I need to change.

Any help would be much appreciated.
