Adding Existing Engage Doesn't Load Properly Feb 20, 2012 By Justin Ferriman Hi All- When I insert an existing engage file (Engage > Add existing) , it just loads the generic template and not the engage file with all of the content/customizations. Why would this be?

If you're following the guidelines and video for inserting an existing interaction found here, but still aren't having any luck, I'd recommend opening a case with our support team.
