Adding to a glossary-new glossary
Sep 28, 2011
I have a series of courses in which I want to use the glossary feature in Engage to create a dictionary of the terms in the course and locate it in a tab.
The courses are related so I'd like to be able to modify the original glossary and rename it for each course.
My fear is that I will irretrievably modify my original glossary and will have to re-do it before I can release the first course.
Do I just open the glossary in Engage, make changes and somehow save it with a different name so my original glossary stays as it was?
I'm sure this is an easy fix, I just am a little leary of tryng it and finding I messed something up.

Okay. My bad. I found the "save as" option in the top left circle. Sorry about that.
After losing glossaries a couple of times because I tried to move them the wrong way into successive eLearnings, I finally found your post and now I'm relieved to know how to do it. "Save as" option in the top left circle and rename (like Word) to the new eLearnings folder. Thanks Jon.
Hi Lori! Glad to hear that Jon's post helped you out. Let us know if you need anything further.
