Please suggest what could be the possible reasons.

Thanks

Welcome to the community, Vaibhav!

First, please be sure you're publishing and packaging your course for AICC properly

Then, Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.

To test AICC content at SCORM Cloud, you'll need to modify the Filename(URL) field when you publish your Articulate content, and upload the published output to an external server. Here's how.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Vaibhav!

If you receive an error when uploading or viewing your SCORM package in your LMS stating that the manifest cannot be found—or if the course simply won’t display—the most likely cause is how the SCORM package was zipped.

An LMS will not be able to find the IMSManfiest.xml file for a course if it's not at the root of the zip file.

To correct this issue, do either of the following:

  • Use the built-in Zip feature on the Publish Successful dialog after you've published your Articulate content.  It'll automatically create a well-formed zip file.
  • If you manually zip the output files, make sure that you only zip the contents of the output folder, not the folder itself.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other trouble with this, or any questions.

Thanks and welcome again!
