AP6.exe Error?

I am trying to insert a new Engage interaction into a PowerPoint presentation, but received an error message saying, "AP6.exe has encountered a problem and must close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Has anyone else seen this error? If so, why does it keep closing and how can it be resolved?

Thank you for any help you can provide. I am fairly new to Articulate and am stumped!

Hi Kati and welcome to Heroes!

I've got a few troubleshooting steps I'd like you to try:

First, can you follow these steps to repair Articulate Studio 09, once you finish that if you're still having the error message, the next list of things to check is included here. 

Those should solve the error message you're getting, but if not let me know as then we'll have you submit a Support case.
