Articulate LMS
Jun 19, 2012
Hello and Good Day to all.
Would like to ask and inquire regarding the Bookmarking of LMS in Articulate.
The bookmarking in LMS for articulate is not supported by some Internet browsers.
Internet Explorer 8 - Bookmarking Not Applicable
Internet Expolorer 9 - Bookmarking Applicable
Mozilla Firefox 13 - Bookmarking Not Applicable
Is there a way for LMS bookmarking can be applicable for all Interenet Browsers?
Is there a way to correct or fix this? Should i change or customized settings on the Articulate before I publish my course?
Thank you and hoping for your response.
Best Regards,
Louise Carreon

Hi Louise.
The resume data that we send to an LMS is not dependent on a browser to work. It is dependent on the LMS. I am not sure where you are getting that information but it isn't correct.
Hi Louise!
Are you looking to allow your users to leave a course and come back to resume the course where they left off? You can learn how to do that here.
I'm curious to know where you got the information you posted, because it's not true. But I do encourage you to let us know if you run into any issues working with resume in any browser.
Thanks, and let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi Justin and Perter!
Thank you very much for your reply.
Yes, a published courseware online enabling users to leave a course, then upon opening the course again would resume back from where they previously left.
Thanks Peter for the link on Articulate Support. Will look into it in details especially on the Interaction Properties.
If ever I have questions will posts them here on the forum.
Again, Thanks very much!
