Articulate runs very, very slow on my laptop

Articulate Engage runs very slowly, but does work and publish ok, eventually.

The performance speed is around 10 times slower than that seen on a colleague's laptop.

I'm using Windows XP Professional 2002 SP3.

Any ideas?

Hi Peter,

I had this problem on my old laptop which thankfully my office recently upgraded for me.

The only suggestion I can make is adding more RAM, which boosted my performance somewhat. It will make a difference and is relatively cheap in this day an age. I would go for a good named brand rather than a cheap as chips stick and get as much RAM into the laptop as possible (ie: as much as your hardware and software will support).
