Position Summary:

- Develop instructor-led and e-learning training materials for internal our clients colleagues as well as external agents of of our client.
- Ensure that training materials are compliant with regulations, industry guidelines
and SOPs.
- Determine the strategy for training development and the best method for training
delivery for work on a specific project.
- Conduct needs analysis for compliance and business related training needs for
the internal and external customers.
- Support entry of learning events training records into WSR learning management
system
- Assure formal evaluations of training programs are developed to measure
effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop high quality educational programs with demonstrated effectiveness and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to proactively identify training
issues that the training development group can address through targeted
educational programs.
- Provide technical and administrative oversight and be accountable for meeting
project commitments in a timely fashion.
- Communicate and ensure a global understanding of training mission, strategy and
goals. Ensure that they are aligned with the business needs and priorities of the
Pfizer WSR organization.

Technical Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of organizational development and principles, adult learning concepts
and associated implementation required.
- Experience with e-learning technology for training development including Lectora,
Articulate and Captivate.
- Experience with pharmacolovigilance principles and processes.
- Significant knowledge of training development and various media available for
instructor led training.
