I'm turning a process manual into an Articulate training. I pulled the graphics out of the manual by converting it to html and using the resulting .png images. They are clear and easy to read, and mostly look good in the basic presenter, but get blurry in engage interactions when I preview or publish. Any suggestions?
The same thing is happening to me and Optimal does not help. Even when I change the transparent background to white I get yellow, blue and grey edges around the figures.
Hi Lara! I just wanted to confirm, that your issue is happening in Engage as well? You are stating that your issue is with the 'background' and not necessarily the quality of the images, correct?

If you lock your presentation size to its optimal size that should help. Check out this article for more information:
