Can't launch a popup Engage window from existing popup

Hi,
I'm developing an onboarding programme in Articulate. The home page loads from the player.html file in Sharepoint (within the browser window which is perfect). From there, users can select the topic they want. This in turn opens a Engage interaction (Labeled Graphic) in a new popup window (also perfect). However, within some of those pepups, I link to other online modules. When the user clicks the link, the new course replaces the content in the existing popup window, making it difficult to return to the earlier Engage interaction. Does anyone know any way around this? I basically want to be able to open multiple Engage interactions in new windows.
Thanks.

Hi Sarah,
When your link opens a new window, is it a basic HTML launch page or is it always a new Engage interaction? If you can provide any screenshots, that may be helpful too. Thanks!
Hi,
The link opens in a new launch.html popup window. I've attached screenshots so you can see what's happening. Thanks.
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for the screenshots. So after testing the same scenario locally on my end and getting each new Engage interaction to open in it's own new window, I'm lead to believe that there may be something funny going on with SharePoint and how it uses your links. Do you have a SharePoint rep or an IT department that may be able to assist you with that?
