Can't Navigate to a definition by clicking on a word

I am update old modules that were originally created in Engage '09.
I am working in Studio 13 currently. The Glossary is a tabbed interaction. The problem is that you can't navigate to a definition by clicking on the word. If you move your cursor to the far right edge of the glossary the word will highlight. I rebuilt the glossary in '13, added a few definitions and tested. It worked fine so I built out the entire glossary and rendered SCORM 1.2 and 2004. Both renders exhibited the same problem as the original file. The glossary has 77 items in it.
I've attached a package of the project file.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there Deb,
It looks like you meant to attach your project file here, but it didn't come through. Could you click here to open this thread and attach it to a new comment using the Add Attachment button?
Here you go. Thank you.
Hi Deb,
Thanks for sending over your file! I'm not seeing a problem in the standalone Glossary interaction, and I'm curious to have a look at your SCORM output.
Would you mind sending me the LMS published output for testing? Thank you!
*Hi Alyssa,*
*You can download the SCORM
Hi Deb,
It looks like you only shared the zipped file of your Presenter package, and based on Alyssa' example she didn't have any issues with the glossary so it would be helpful to see a link to your course - as that may hold the clue to the issue you're running into! If you'd like to publish the course and include the zipped folder for the output I can also take a look at uploading that.
Attached is a SCORM zip.
Hi Deb,
I tested it out by uploading to SCORM Cloud. Give it a look here. I tested it in Chrome and was able to click on the glossary items and have them appear normally.
I am in the latest version of chrome.
Attached is a screencast of my experience.
I can't click on and of the tabbed interactions.
notice that when my cursor is to the right of the words in the glossary,
they change to their hover state condition.

Hi there Deb,
Thanks so much for sending the screen recording. I am seeing the same problem you saw in Chrome, and I'd like to have our Support Engineers take a closer look at this. I'm going to open a case for you, and you should hear back from the team shortly. Stay tuned!
Thank you.
If you can expedite that would be great.
Absolutely, Deb. You should hear from someone soon. 🙂
