Can't see Articulate files when publishing

May 09, 2013

Hi

I'm using Articulate 09. Admittedly, it's been a while since I built a course in Articulate but....

I've published a few slides and the Articulate slides are not pulling through/showing up. I can preview the slides and see the interactions, but not when published.

This also happens when I publish a PPT given to me by a colleague - and she can't see or open my interactions either.

Can you advise?

Thanks

Hi there Jo,

Are you viewing the published interactions and presentations locally? If so, that may be why they're not showing up.

If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
Let me know if you still have trouble viewing the interactions after uploading the course to a server, or publishing for CD.
Thanks!
