I'm testing out a trail of Engage, which I think is fully functional. I can change the Title of the label, but can't type any text into the text box below. As I'm evaluating this for purchase, this is concerning to me. Any tips?

OK, it would appear your initial installation was incomplete or unsuccessful. Please use the instructions below to correct this.
Before reinstalling, first make sure your Engage interactions are located on your local hard drive (this is typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
If you continue to have difficulty, please do the following:
1. Close all running applications. 2. Delete all Articulate fonts from the following location: C:\Windows\Fonts 3. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs (or Programs in Vista). 4. Double click Articulate Studio '09, and select Reinstall. 5. When the installation completes, restart your computer. 6. Try to duplicate your issue.
***Note*** If you are prompted to locate a file during the reinstall process, you will need to perform a reinstall by following the steps below instead of Steps 3 and 4:
