I have Carousel 1.4 installed. When I publish the file, it shows no media instead of the thumbnails. I tried upgrading to 1.6 to eliminate the issues and I'm unalbe to install Carousel 1.6. I get this message "The Compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted."
When you open the Carousel.zip file, you need to extract the .artpkg file to your Desktop. Then, you'll need to double-click the file to instal it. Try that and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Brian I'm unable to open the artpkg file. it gives me the error message I listed earlier.
Can you right click the .artpkg file & choose the Open With > Articulate Engage option?
No I can't do that. I get the error message "Project cannot be opened."
