In the Tab interaction in Engage is it possible to change the location that the tabs appear. Currently and it seems that by defualt the tabs appear on the left side of the screen. Is it possible to change that to the right side? Client already has audio recorded and while they can get that portion re-recorded it would be nice to avoid that if possible. I'm using Articulate Suite 09. Thanks.
Hi there Jesse. Currently Engage doesn't offer the ability to switch the tabs to the other side of the Tabs Interaction. That would make a good feature request.
What you might try as an alternative, though, is using a different interaction type so that you have a little more flexibility over the placement of your content. For example, you could use the approach shown here, where a Labeled Graphic allows the learner to explore some information. The graphic itself shows a vertical column on the right side of the screen, with clickable markers. When the learner clicks a marker, feedback appears. Maybe re-tooling your content as a Labeled Graphic would save you the work of having to re-do the narration?
