Hi, I've created a media interaction using Engage that includes 5 video steps. I'm using the option to embed web videos - but I can't create a thumbnail or preview image for the boxes across the bottom of the interaction - they are just gray boxes that say "web video". Is there a way to add an image here? Otherwise the interaction is completely unengaging and frankly defeats the purpose of using it as an attractive element in our learning experience.
I've included a screen shot and have circled in red what I'm referring to.
Have you tried publishing the course yet to test the web objects? Web objects can't be previewed in Storyline 360, and I believe the functionality is the same in Engage 360.
