Circle diagrams in Engage '13

I'm updating an circle diagram that was created in engage '09. When I rollover two of the five segments, I'm getting a text box. (See the lower right segment on the attached graphic.) That also happens for the center segment but not the others.
I'm not seeing where those two boxes are coming from...those segments appear to be identical to the other three. What am I missing?? And how do I get rid of the boxes. I can't test in '09 because I've upgraded, but I'm quite certain this wasn't a problem there.
Any suggestions would be Very Welcome. This was supposed to be a very simple update, and it's taking more time than expected!? Thanks, all!

Hi Carrie!
I'm not sure that I've seen that behavior before. Would you be able to share your .intr file for us to take a look?
Is there a way to do that privately? I'm assuming attachments are open to everyone.
You would be correct in that assumption Carrie. You can share privately here.
I just figured it out, Leslie....well, I figured out WHY. The two segments that are showing the extra text box on rollover have longer text in the title. In the diagram, the title shows dots at the end. When I shorten the text, the rollover box goes away.
Is there a way to control the size of the text on the diagram itself? I can choose a font and size for the segment text but I don't see a way to do that in the title.
In this particular case, shortening the title would be very difficult. Other ideas?
Hi Carrie!
Thanks for popping in with an update.
You cannot change the font size, but you can change the font.
Interaction Properties > Colors and Effects > Title Font
You could give the 'illusion' of a smaller font this way.
Thanks, Leslie....I'll try that!
I can change the font for titles but that doesn't seem to affect the title of the core. Also, I'm getting the rollover box for the core no matter how short I make that title??? I can live with it, but if you know a way that I'm not seeing, please share! ;-)
Looks like anything above 12 characters is going to exhibit that behavior. I'm not aware of a workaround.
I, personally, prefer to keep those segment titles short and sweet and put all the details in the text.
I agree, Leslie, but the client doesn't feel the same way! ;-)
Thanks for your help.
Makes sense. Hope you can reach a middle ground Carrie. Glad I could assist.
