Just updated an interaction from '09 to '13 and there is no longer an X to close each description box. The only way to close it seems to be to click outside the description box...not intuitive. The learner needs a way to close that box because it often lays over another label. How do I get the X back please?
This is not a feature in Engage '13 for this interaction type. If you are having difficulty with the label covering another object, you can move the position of the label if needed to alleviate this issue.
Thanks, Leslie, but that's not really the main issue....it isn't intuitive that the learner has to click somewhere off the screen to close a window. Disappointing change in features, to say the least, but I do appreciate your responding.
